The article is devoted to the study of the problems of the formation of the conceptual apparatus of information law, the definition of the concept of persecution in the information space. The experience of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Kyrgyz Republic of legal regulation of persecution in the information space is analyzed, general conclusions and proposals are made for improving the legislation.
