The paper considers the features of presumption, presumption and fiction as a variety of legal facts that are not directly provided for by the hypotheses of legal norms, but with which the law associates the onset of legal consequences. Also, presumptions, prejudices and fictions in criminal law require additional systematic and comprehensive study.
