Reasons of judgments non-execution

In the article the importance of court decision for persons and organizations in their protection of rights is analyzed. This article presents opinions of civil law scientists on court decision attributes. The article shows alternative methods of dispute resolution. It also deals with an issue of inoperativeness of judgments. The author expresses an opinion on the way to strengthen the role of courts and increase efficiency of judgment execution.
