The reasons of perfection of crimes in the area of violation of safety rules on objects with mass stay of people

The article is devoted to the study of the existing problems in the sphere of ensuring the security of citizens, in particular, at facilities where large numbers of personnel are present. The author draws special attention to the fact that the main way of committing these crimes is noncompliance with established standards, resulting in analyzing and reviewing the main reasons and conditions that facilitate the commission of socially dangerous unlawful acts.
