Reasons of stress conditions during the process of activities by preliminary investigation employees of the ministerial affairs bodies

The article raises an urgent problem related to the occurrence of stressful conditions among preliminary investigation officers in internal affairs bodies. The causes of stress in the process of work activity have been studied, and an analysis of scientific and methodological sources of various authors who have been studying this problem has been carried out. The article also draws attention to the negative occurrence of stress among female employees and the levels of their occurrence in various situations when performing job duties. It is noted that one of the main factors contributing to adaptation to a stressful state is an increase in the level of stress resistance, which is one of the conditions for high performance and effective performance of assigned official tasks by employees of internal affairs bodies.
