Methods of development of personnel potential in the area teaching Russian as foreign

Authors analyze experience of the Tambov state university in improvement of personnel potential in the field of teaching Russian as foreign. The system of professional development aimed at the development of professional competences of foreign teachers of Russian is characterized. Programs of professional development of teachers of Russian in a remote format and their educational and methodical providing are submitted.
