Fitness of various soybean lines and varieties for production of soybean milk products

New wav of soybean seeds estimation for production expediency of soybean milk has been worked out. Among its qualities there is possibility of new breeding lines estimation provided the presence of some quantity of sample that allows carrying out purposeful selection of "milk" type soybean lines at early stages of breeding process. It has been proved that varieties Fora. Vesta. Valenta are the most appropriate for the production of soybean milk products. The following breeding lines can be considered as perspective for soybean milk production: L,-988 and L-l196; for cheese "tofu” production - L-784.
