Cellular space that surrounds the pancreas gland with the minimum thickness equal to not less than 5 mm gives anatomic possibilities to develop extraperitonization surgical methods to pancreas drain and sanitation in inflammation. Conclusion. On the basis of the conducted anatomic research syntopy peculiarities of the pancreas gland were found out. They helped to determine extraperitonization surgical methods to pancreas drain and sanitation. This method should prevent from erosive hemorrhage in the abdominal cavity.
