Applied planning methods in the work of an energy company

The article is devoted to issues related to modern approaches to the organization of planning in the context of the development of IT tools and taking into account the basic prerequisites for the development of oil and gas industry enterprises in the context of global challenges and transformation of the Russian economy. A certain dependence of changes in the regulatory framework, maintenance strategies for electrical equipment and planning principles on the transformation of the economy in the USSR and the Russian Federation is described. The perfect condition of the equipment, its reliability, is no longer a priority in the oil and gas industry. Now, the efficiency of production, and, consequently, the service system, is under the close attention of the heads of divisions, TOP management and owners. At the same time, there is a general trend of aging of the main equipment, which means that there are no fewer problems in operation, and the effectiveness of their elimination comes to the fore. The paper examines the basic principles of operation of electrical equipment at different times and the drivers of their changes. Modern approaches to the organization of planning, taking into account the conditions of development of IT tools, are described.
