Приключения детектива: массовый жанр в зеркале западного литературоведения 2-й половины ХХ в

В статье рассматривается процесс превращения детектива из игнорируемого академическим литературоведением жанра в одного из фаворитов современной западной литературной теории. Рассматривая причины этого процесса, автор вписывает их в парадигму трансформации литературного поля во 2-й половине ХХ в., сделавшей актуальным «размывание границ» между элитарным и массовым, обретение массовым искусством иного статуса. Анализируя концепции Дж. Кавелти, Р.Барта, Ц.Тодорова, Д.Портера и др., автор статьи показывает, как через обращение к жанру детектива в научный оборот вводится теоретически обоснованный инструментарий анализа явлений новейшей литературной истории, решаются важные теоретические проблемы.
