Application of an axiological approach to the problem of formation of professional motivation of the servicemen of the national guard

The purpose of the article is to analyze the study of the problem of the formation of professional motivation of the military personnel of the Russian Guard on the basis of the application of the axiological aspect of the value system of training the military personnel of the troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation. The article reveals the content of the concept of accompanying the process of building the personality of a serviceman, represented by an integral system aimed at providing conditions for personal and professional development, as a special type of continuous interaction that stimulates the formation of professional qualities of subjects of military professional training of modern Russian Guard servicemen. An analysis of the views of researchers on the problem of the axiological component of the process of training a military professional who is capable of successfully fulfilling official and special duties as intended is given. In the work, special attention is paid to the issue of applying an axiological approach, which makes it possible to consider the process of military professional training of the servicemen of the Russian Guard from the standpoint of the value content of the system for the formation of professional motivation. The component content of the process of formation of a person’s stable psychological readiness for professional activity is presented. The functions of applying the considered methodological approach to the problem of the formation of professional motivation of the servicemen of the National Guard are revealed. The key principles of the implementation of the axiological approach in the framework of the military professional training of military personnel are identified. They are an integral part of the military education system and contribute to the organization of sustainable value-oriented interaction between participants in the training of professionals in the power structure.
