In 2022-2023, field experiments have been conducted to study the effectiveness of biomodification of mineral fertilizers in the cultivation of table potatoes. The biologized nutrition systems (N90P90K135) based on the following phosphorus-containing fertilizers: NP 12:52, NPKS 8:20:30 (2), NPKS 15:15:15 (10) with applied biopreparations based on strains of rhizobacteria Bacillus velezensis BS89 and endophytic bacteria Bacillus safensis TS3, Bacillus subtilis 8A in a ratio of 3:1:1 and a total amount of 100 thousand CFU/g have been studied. Experimental results have shown that the application of the biological component allows increasing the yield of the Udacha potato variety by 1.3 - 4.7 t/ha, or 3.3 - 17.2% compared to non-biologized fertilizer brands, providing high marketability of tubers in the range of 94.8-97.7%. It has been found that the biologization of mineral fertilizers allows improving the quality of products during intensive potato cultivation using mineral fertilizers, including chlorine-containing NPK fertilizers. The yield of dry matter from one hectare has increased by 9.2 - 26.0% or by 0.55 - 1.33 t/ha with the introduction of the biological component, the increase in starch yield has been 0.44 - 1.01 t/ha (8.6 - 27.3%), and the yield of vitamin C has increased by 5.5 - 36.4%.
