Use of game technologies in the educational process of medical university

The article discusses the problem of using game components in the educational process of a medical university. It is said that the game assumes the existence of strategies for interaction, thinking, training and problem solving. Particular attention is paid to the fact that games stimulate interactivity and allow students to work in a team and together go towards the achievement of a common goal. It has long been known that the game is a means of teaching professionally oriented communication in a foreign language in a non-linguistic university. In foreign language classes at the Voronezh State Medical University, the game component, among other things, is used to develop and create professionally significant personal characteristics of future medical workers. However, the experience of the university clinical staff demonstrates that the elements of gaming technology can be successfully used in teaching surgery to Russian and international students in practical classes.
