Application of category analysis in applicants' Vocational orientation

The questions of career-oriented work with applicants on the basis of their individual qualities are considered. Advantages of the applicants' personal characteristics analysis are reflected. A category analysis of an applicant qualities on the basis of Bayesian approach is given.
