Application of management in the process of managing the development of the organization’s specialists

Management is the most important methodological tool in the management of activities and behavior in organizations. The elements of management are power, motivation and communication, which have a direct impact on the socio-psychological climate in human collectives. The key attributes of the normative state of management and the basic educational organization are presented. Proposals have been developed to improve the application of management in the process of managing the development of specialists to eliminate the identified shortcomings in the organization.
