Application of legal liability measures in alimony obligations

The article reveals the essence of alimony and its types in accordance with the Family Code of the Russian Federation. The situations that initiate the payment of alimony in relation to the claimant are considered. The procedure for assigning the amount of alimony, depending on the presence or absence of official employment of the debtor, is given. The features of the application of measures of legal liability depending on the type of offense committed in terms of the performance of alimony obligations are highlighted.
