The use of GIS methods in a comparative approach in real estate valuation

The article deals with raster method of representation geographically distributed data (one of GIS techniques) of the real estate market. It describes the original technology of information processing and analysis of the results obtained by the example of the city of Yekaterinburg real estate market. To illustrate the possibilities of the method - getting on the urban area price distribution, determination of variations in market prices at similar pricing and other factors. The author suggests using coefficients of variation and oscillation as a measure of reliability evaluation in the comparative approach.
