Most modern concepts on the improvement of organization efficiency are based on the theory, methodology and practice of quality management. The article is devoted to the implementation of quality management techniques in bridge engineering companies. It is determined that using of «5 S» and «just-in time» systems are technologically reasonable, and leads to production improvement, which involves work quality improvement and competitiveness in the market.
