The use of narcotic substances in destructive religious organizations

The article defines criteria of destructiveness of religious sects, analyses specific features of drug use in the practice of sectarian organizations. The article discusses contradictory forms of interference of religious sects and drugs in the modern conditions: on the one hand, it is the use of drugs in the rites and rituals in religious sects, on the other hand, organization and funding of treatment centers for drug addicts by pseudo-religious leaders.
