Research relevance is driven by global changes in international cooperation and the growing need for Chinese professionals to adapt to Russian business culture. The research problem lies in the low degree of awareness about the models for teaching business communication in Russian language, lack of the analysis of Russian language teaching methods and low degree of their adaptation to the needs of the business environment. These factors decrease the effectiveness of intercultural communication in Chinese and Russian business circles. The study aims to develop and evaluate pedagogical tools for teaching business communication in Russian to Chinese audience. These tools integrate linguistic, cultural, and professional aspects of learning in relation to the content, methods, and forms of acquiring business communication competencies in Russian. The authors analyzed the literature, modelled pedagogical tools, surveyed 15 adult Chinese learners, and tested the pedagogical tools through an original methodology on an experimental group of 15 students. The original methodology incorporates elements of intercultural and professional training, designed for teaching adult Chinese learners with Russian language proficiency levels A1 and A2. The novelty of the work lies in the development of pedagogical tools based on a profession-oriented and comprehensive approaches, representing an integration of linguistic, cultural, and professional components. The proposed integrated pedagogical elements, namely, content, methods, organizational forms, and methodological techniques, can be used in educational institutions and corporate training programs, thus, improving the training of specialists in business communication in Russian.
