Application of acidifiers in feeding broiler chickens

The paper presents the results of the experiment on the study of influence of fumaric acid in mixed fodders for broiler chickens feeding on live weight, slaughter qualities, chemical composition and energetic value of meet. The studies have shown that the feeding with fumaric acid has a positive impact on the dynamics of broiler live weight throughout the period of growth, mass of semieviscerated and whole carcasses, slaughter yield and improves the indicators of the chemical composition of meat and its energetic value.
