The areas of application of social technologies in personnel management are extremely diverse, but the most important function where they should be applied is personnel selection. The article will consider the methods and techniques of social technologies that are used in the process of recruiting and selecting personnel in a large IT company, how effective these methods can be and how this effectiveness can be measured in quantitative terms.
