The study of the rules for applying a judicial fine due to its popularity in judicial practice and changes in the essential design of the institution of exemption from criminal liability, as a result of the expansion of the institution of reconciliation with the victim, remains relevant. Object: to study the use of a judicial fine instead of criminal liability for crimes with administrative prejudice.
