How tests can be used in modern performance review technologies

The problem of overcoming conservatism in using tests for performance review is raised. It is suggested to use multiple correct choice assignments instead of single correct choice assignments. The latter provide a possibility to check almost all types of knowledge and form divergent thinking linked with creative abilities in automated mode. The right choice of the assignment depends on the type of checked knowkedge.
