Application of labour code to work relations of internal affairs body officers (labour hours institution taken as an example)

The problems connected with application of Labour Legislation to work relations in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation are analyzed. It is specified in particular that labour legislation is applied subsidiary to special normative legal act about law-enforcement service. Special legislation concerning law-enforcement service uses regulation of the Labour Code of the Russian Federation and assigns them a different legal sense substituting one type of working hours with another.
