The usage of the tools of the quality control while designing the author’s system of the activity of the educational subjects

The article deals with the issue, associated with the improvement of the quality of the education. There is suggested the approach, based on the use of the tools of the quality control, that is traditionally used in the process of the manufacture of the products and the provision of the services. The authors give the example of the appendix of the control chart for defining the statistic manageability of the educational process. There is analysed the potential of the process approach during the formation of the author’s system of the lecturer’s activity.
