The article deals with the models of pedagogical personnel practical-oriented training in the conditions of network interaction of educational organizations of higher, secondary and general education. The notions of clinical practice, the base site and supervision are disclosed as ways to implement practice-oriented as one of the forms of network interaction with the purpose of developing competences defined in the Professional Standard of the Teacher.
