Reconciliation with the victim as a basis for exemption from criminal liability

Article is devoted the analysis of clearing of a criminal liability in connection with reconciliation with suffered. The essence of reconciliation is investigated, its signs are defined. Also problems of application of corresponding norm are revealed and offers on updating of article 75 of the criminal code of Russian Federation are formulated.
