The principle of conscientiousness and its importance

The article considers the main novel of the reform of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, held in 2013 - the principle of conscientiousness. The author reveals the origin of this principle, analyzed its content and composite features. From the analysis carried out by the author of the purpose and essence of principles of conscientiousness in law practice of courts is revealed.
