The principle of cultural determinism in the system of formation of economic and legal culture of university students

The principle of cultural determinism, indicating the important role of culture in the formation of economic, social, political structures and institutions in society, is necessary and sufficient in the system of formation of economic and legal culture among university students. The article describes the role of the principle of cultural determinism in the construction of a pedagogical system for the formation of economic and legal culture, in the context of its terminological apparatus. The author’s terminological apparatus of the concept of “economic and legal culture” includes the following terms: “culture”, “economics”, “law”, “economic culture”, “legal culture”. An analysis was carried out in the article, as a result of which the relationship and interdependence between the generic concept of “culture” and the generic concepts of “economy” and “law” were revealed. A detailed description of the correlation of these social institutions is given. The final context of the article determined the necessity and sufficiency of the principle of cultural determinism for the effective functioning of the pedagogical system.
