Mach’s principle in the geometrical paradigm

In this paper it is shown that in Kaluza’s 5-dimensional theory with a scalar field Mach’s principle is realized. In this theory there is a change in electrically charged masses change nearby a massive electric neutral source. As a scalar field is the 15th component of the metric responsible for the 5th geodesic equation following from a charge- to-mass ratio being dependent on the distance r. Assuming that the electric charge is constant, we arrive at an appearance of Mach’s principle in this Einsteinian representation.
