The principle of equality and its legal expression of property relations between spouses

This article proposes to investigate the property relations of spouses in Russia through the prism of the principle of equality of spouses. The aim of the work is to identify problems related to property relations of spouses, as well as making proposals to improve the norms of the Russian family law. To achieve this goal and solve problems, the author based on the General scientific dialectical method, and with the help of a special relatively right method of research. The author of the article concludes that it is necessary to ensure the property rights and interests of disabled spouses.
