The principle of regionalization in managing teachers' career development

The article is devoted to the current problem of the professional career development system and its strategic relationships with modern regional educational systems. The article introduces the idea of continuity and effective management. The author discovers the ways to solve the problems related to the development of teachers' professional skills with the tight relations to the continuing science-methodological and legislative foundations of this issue. The article also reveals the need to create some incentives to stimulate the process of implementation of innovations and promotion of the teacher's professional status
