The principle of freedom of contract and neurophysiology

In the article, based on the ideas of Professor S.V. Savelyev about the influence of the brain structure on the activity of the subject, an attempt was made to consider this phenomenon from the point of view of the theory of law. The article also examines the significance of the principles of law the principle of freedom of contract presented in the Resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation of 14.03.14 №16 "On freedom of contract and its limits" from the point of view of the prerequisites for its publication.
