The basic scheme of using the drainage-vacuum system in treatment the patients with phlegmons of maxillofacial area

In article the problem of treatment the patients with phlegmons of maxillofacial area is considered. The drainage- vacuum system of own design on the basis of material with through porosity is offered. The way of its production is described. Various options of drainage system design, the mechanism of their action are in detail described. The basic scheme of drainage washing system work is stated. Data on result of application of a design in treatment of patients are provided.
