Activity principles of volunteer organizations in the field of drug prevention

Currently, non-medical use of psychoactive substances occupies one of the leading positions in the ranking of the most common and dangerous addictions among threats to the national security in the field of health protection and life expectancy of citizens of the country. One of the priorities of the state anti-drug policy is creating, promoting and supporting activities of the national volunteer anti-drug movement. The anti-drug activity of volunteer associations should be based on the observance of certain fundamental principles. In the article, the authors disclose the content of the fundamental principles for the activities of volunteer associations in the field of drug prevention.
