Principles of civil law in the activities of military units of the national guard of the Russian Federation

The article outlines the importance of the principles of law in the state and legal structure of society, including in the activities of military units of the Russian Guard. Attention is drawn to the problems of understanding the principles of law, principles of civil law, their types and definitions. Scientific and theoretical uncertainties of this kind do not allow the legislator to officially establish the definitions of these terms, which significantly complicates the legal regulation of social relations. The task has been set to legislate the definitions of principles of law, principles of civil law and their types.
