Principles and methods for determination of scalar material parameters of plastic flow theory with kinematic and isotropic hardening

The mathematical model of plastic flow with kinematic and isotropic hardening is extended. The experimental-theoretical method for determining constitutive relation parameters is presented. Experiments were carried out on structural steels 15Cr2MoVA and 08Cr18Ni10Ti. Special attention was given to the technical support of base experiments. To verify the constitutive relations and the method for determination of the material parameters used in this study, numerical simulations of the base experiment were performed. It is shown that the difference between the experimental and numerical data does not exceed 4%.
