Principles and tendencies of borrowing of functional words in baihua from wenyan

The article deals with the identification of the conceptual questions of the variants of the written Chinese language: wenyan and baihua. There are revealed the principles and tendencies of the cooperation of two languages with each other; there is analyzed the consistency of the fixation of the vocabulary in the dictionary of the modern Chinese language. There are considered the issues and principles of their origin of borrowing of the functional words from wenyan into baihua.
