Principles and requirements to be developed by electronic training course

Currently, teachers are actively developing e-learning courses, which is certainly important in the era of informatization. Every second educational institution of higher education today has an internal platform for learning through the network. However, the analysis of the experience of a number of educational institutions and their own learning experience speak of the abundance of e-learning courses that do not lead to planned learning outcomes. First of all, this is due to errors and omissions at the initial stage - in the development process. The article provides an analysis of one of the e-learning courses of the Siberian Federal University for compliance with the principles and requirements for its development.
