Principles of ensuring the quality of repair works at transport infrastructure facilities

In recent decades, a large number of transport infrastructure facilities have been built in our country. New bridges, tunnels, highways appear both in large cities and in the periphery, providing not only the development of the economy of a particular region, but also significantly improving the transport logistics of individual settlements, thereby increasing their investment attractiveness. However, when carrying out work on the construction of transport facilities, often, due to certain circumstances, various types of defects appear in the structures - cracks, cavities, cavities, leaks, which must be eliminated in a fairly prompt manner. Practice shows that this process must be given due attention and scientific and technical support, and not less, and often more than when developing measures to prevent the appearance of temperature cracks and defects at the design stage of an object. This issue has become especially acute lately, when the range of repair compositions from various manufacturers, both from Russia and abroad, has been significantly expanded on the building materials market. And due to ignorance of some of the features of repair materials and physicochemical processes occurring in hardening concrete, during the production of repair work, situations very often arise that lead to the formation of even worse consequences and require more complex technical and economic decisions. In this regard, the paper presents the results of the analysis of the studies carried out to eliminate defects in structural elements, which make it possible to carry out the correct choice of materials for the repair of concrete and reinforced concrete structures. This article will be useful to employees of engineering and technical services, people employed in production in real conditions, as well as everyone who is interested in technological processes related to ensuring the quality of repair work of transport infrastructure objects.
