The article considers main approaches for assessing the effectiveness of implementation of the controlling system at the enterprises in the conditions of variable economy. A probabilistic approach for assessing the effectiveness of the controlling system implementation becomes especially important in the period of international sanctions, causing significant variations in the key indicators of the national economy. It is proposed to make an assessment taking into account the likelihood of a stable functioning of the enterprise before and after the introduction of the controlling system. It’s supposed to evaluate the effectiveness of the controlling system of controlling in an industrial enterprise on the basis of probabilistic and statistical models.
