Principles of organizing and running an anti-drug campaign

The basic principles of an anti-drug campaign are considered in the article on the basis of normative and legal acts. The aim of the study is to disclose the content of the principles (publicity, objectivity, purposefulness, consistency, comprehensiveness, systemic character, popularity and clarity, positivism, a differentiated approach to various social groups), which should form the basis of the process of preparing and running anti-drug campaigns among various target categories of citizens.General scientific methods (analysis, generalization, systematic approach) of cognition of social and legal phenomena were used in the research. As a special research method, content analysis of scientific publications, Internet sites devoted to organizing and running an anti-drug campaign was used.According to the authors, running an anti-drug campaign in accordance with the principles mentioned will allow to shape an anti-drug worldview in various groups and social strata of the population, a desire to live a healthy lifestyle, as well as create a legal framework aimed at preventing drug addiction and drug crime within the information and telecommunications space.
