Principles of legal regulation of transplant activities in the Russian Federation

This article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the regulation of the fundamental principles of legal regulation of transplantological activity - both General, inherent in all areas of medical activity, and specific, operating exclusively in the field of transplantation of human organs and (or) tissues. The author critically examines their consolidation in the regulatory legal framework of the Russian Federation, examines the problematic aspects of the current version of these norms, and identifies factors that hinder the active development of Russian transplantology.
