Principles of regulation of processes of waste management in the Republic of Belarus

The paper describes the main principles of regulation of processes of waste management, normative legal acts, regulating the work with them in the Republic of Belarus at the present stage. The article covers main problems associated with the rapid development of technical progress, caused the harm to the environment.
