In order to form a single national model of self-regulation, the Concept of improving the mechanisms of self-regulation the uniform principles for the institution of self-regulation were proposed. However, not all of the principles listed in the Concept can be fully considered as universal principles of this institution. The author concludes that the features of mandatory and voluntary self-regulation predetermine the need to distinguish three groups of principles of self-regulation: general principles of self-regulation (legality; unity and differentiation; freedom of self-regulation; ensuring property liability; unity of the industry in the areas of business and professional activity and the market for manufactured goods information openness, transparency (publicity) of the activities of SROs and national associations of SROs; finance their activities), the principles of compulsory self-regulation (ensuring the balance of private and public legal interests; the effectiveness of the introduction of compulsory self-regulation), a voluntary self-regulatory guidelines (voluntary, additional regulation).
