The article deals with the analysis of “intersubjective (collaborative) creative work” phenomenon in the concept of philosophical anthropology of intersubjective pedagogy. A detailed description of all structural components of the studied intersubjective creative activity and principles of its realization are provided. Based on the analysis of philosophical, pedagogical and psychological literature a new definition of the term “intersubjective creative work” is introduced. Special consideration is given to the stages of its development facilitated by the use of drama games. The understanding of the essence of intersubjective creative work phenomenon infers that it includes both the process of creating new products in different spheres of life and the process of unconventional thinking skills’ development. It also contributes to the enhancement of self-improvement skills and promotes creative cooperation, which is instrumental in the establishment of effective communication with people in different environment. The highest level of intersubjective creative work development and its realization are approached as an intersubjective reality, which includes poliphonism, deep involvement with current events, freedom of creativity, and an opportunity for personal realization.
