Principles of criminal justice and the rights and legitimate interests of crime victims

We study the existing principles of criminal procedure and their role in ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of crime victims. The point of view is grounded that the principles of the criminal process should be essentially the concept of building some kind of activity of state bodies and officials conducting the proceedings, to protect the rights and lawful interests of individuals in criminal proceedings.
