Principles of vocal education in China: historical traditions and modernity

A brief retrospective of the historical development of vocal teaching principles in China is presented. The purpose of the article is to analyze the formation of the system of principles of vocal education in China in the continuity of traditions and modern research. The contribution of young Chinese graduate students of Russian universities to the formation and development of the system of principles of vocal education is analyzed. The tendency of Chinese scientists to rely on the principles of Soviet (Russian) didactics and pedagogy of vocal education and fill them with national philosophical and ideological meanings and artistic and aesthetic criteria is traced. The necessity of continuity of traditional national and modern principles of vocal education in China in order to create their integral system is emphasized.
