Management decision making on the basis of joint application of risk management and the balanced scorecard

Бесплатный доступ

The article considers the issue of decision making on enterprise risk management. A method for identifying and assessing risks based on the joint use of a balanced scorecard and risk management is proposed. Such joint use allows to identify the risks as per the main aspects of a company activity determined on the basis of a balanced scorecard. Two systems are united by using risk maps. The calculation of the final assessment of the risk importance allows to determine the priority risks, that should first and foremost be paid attention to when making management decisions, and to develop preventive measures and measures to reduce the level of risk. Information obtained by the expert methods and generalized expert evaluations are used at almost all stages of the management decision making. The creation of the Risk-BSC system for further risk management of an enterprise is considered on the example of a dealer car center. However, the proposed method is universal, and its application is possible in solving management issues in enterprises of various sectors of the economy.
